Jigsaw (South East) offers grief support to children and young people who have experienced the death of a significant family member through illness, accident, suicide or murder. They also provide support to children and young people who have a family member with a life-limiting condition.

Survivors Of Bereaved by Suicide (SOBS)
The charity offers peer support groups and phone support to those bereaved by suicide.
Its helpline is available between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks of the year. It provides an opportunity to talk confidentially with someone who has been bereaved by suicide.
